Invoisure + NMI: White-Label Invoicing for NMI ISOs

Invoisure connects directly to NMI's gateway, so any ISO, MSP, or acquirer running on NMI can offer branded invoicing software to their merchant portfolio under their own brand — without writing code or migrating processors.

Who this is for

NMI powers a large share of the US ISO channel. If you're an NMI ISO selling merchant accounts, you already own the relationship and the processing residual. What you don't own yet is a software line item on the merchant's monthly bill — and that's exactly where this integration plugs in.

What the NMI integration does

Every merchant you onboard to Invoisure can charge cards and route ACH through your NMI gateway. Card data tokenizes through NMI's CustomerVault, so your existing PCI footprint doesn't change. Settlements appear in the same NMI reports your accounting team already uses. The merchant sees your brand on their invoicing portal; you see NMI activity in your familiar reporting tools.

Why this matters for NMI ISOs specifically

NMI is a gateway, not a merchant-facing tool. Your merchants see NMI nowhere in their daily workflow. What they do see — every day — is the invoice they send, the payment link they text, the QR code they generate. Today, most NMI merchants are using Square, FreshBooks, or QuickBooks for those workflows, which means your ISO brand is invisible to them outside of the rate sheet. Invoisure puts your brand on the daily-use tool the merchant actually opens.

Setup and onboarding

Setup takes days, not months. You provide your NMI gateway credentials, your branding (logo, colors, domain), and the merchants you want to onboard first. Invoisure handles the gateway connection, the white-label deployment, and the merchant onboarding flow. There is no engineering effort required on your side. Existing NMI merchants can keep their current MID and processor relationship — Invoisure layers on top.

Pricing and revenue model

Early-access partners pay $25 per merchant per month wholesale, locked in for the life of the partnership. There is no upfront platform fee and no per-transaction software charge. You set the price you charge merchants — most ISOs land somewhere between $39 and $79 per merchant per month. You also continue to earn your existing NMI processing residual on volume routed through the gateway. The two revenue streams stack.

What you can offer merchants

Branded invoicing, payment links, text-to-pay, QR-code payments, virtual terminal, recurring billing, and customer management — all under your brand and domain. Card and ACH payments flow through your NMI gateway. The merchant-facing portal can be reached at your domain (e.g., portal.yourbrand.com), and customers paying invoices land on a branded checkout page that also references your brand, not Invoisure's.

Frequently asked questions

Does Invoisure work with NMI?

Yes. Invoisure has a live, production integration with NMI. ISOs and MSPs on NMI can use Invoisure to offer branded invoicing and payments software to their merchants without changing gateway providers or migrating any merchant accounts.

Do my merchants need to change their MID or processor to use Invoisure on NMI?

No. Existing NMI merchants keep their MID, their processor relationship, and their current pricing. Invoisure layers branded merchant-facing software on top of the existing NMI gateway connection. No merchant migration required.

Does my processing residual change when I add Invoisure to an NMI merchant?

No. Your existing NMI processing residual continues unchanged. Invoisure charges $25 per merchant per month wholesale for the software, which is separate from processing revenue. Most ISOs charge merchants between $39 and $79 per month for the software and keep the markup as a second residual stream alongside processing.

How long does it take to launch white-label invoicing on NMI?

Setup typically takes 5 to 10 business days from contract signing to first merchant onboarded. The ISO provides NMI gateway credentials, branding assets, and a list of pilot merchants. Invoisure handles all platform configuration, the gateway connection, and merchant onboarding support.

Will my merchants see the Invoisure brand anywhere?

No. The merchant portal, customer checkout, email notifications, and SMS payment links are all branded with your ISO's name, logo, and domain. Invoisure is invisible to both your merchants and their customers. This is a full white-label deployment, not a co-branded one.
