This Privacy Policy explains how Invoisure Holdings LLC (“Invoisure,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our marketing website at invoisure.com. It covers the people who visit the site and reach out to us, such as ISOs, acquirers, gateways, agents, and other prospective partners.
Invoisure is a white-label platform. The branded partner portals and merchant apps our partners deploy run under each partner’s own brand and are governed by that partner’s privacy terms and our partner agreement, not by this policy. This policy applies only to invoisure.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo we collect your first and last name, work email, company, partner type, and portfolio size, along with any optional details you add. When you use the revenue calculator, the figures you enter stay in your browser unless you ask us to email you the breakdown, in which case we collect your first name and email. If you use the AI concierge on certain pages, we collect the messages you send so we can respond.
Information collected automatically. When you submit a form we record the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand which pages are viewed and how the site performs.
How we use your information
- Respond to your demo request or question, and prepare for a call.
- Send the revenue breakdown when you ask us to email it.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms.
- Send you relevant follow-ups about Invoisure. You can opt out of these at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are designed to work without cookies and do not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Our bot-protection provider, Cloudflare Turnstile, may set the security tokens it needs to tell humans from bots on our forms.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and respond to you, and only for that purpose:
- Vercel. Website hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics.
- Supabase. Database that stores form submissions.
- Cloudflare. Turnstile bot protection on our forms.
- Loops. Email delivery and contact management for follow-ups you have asked for or opted into.
- Resend. Transactional email that notifies our team about a new request.
- Slack. Internal notifications to our team about new requests.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
How long we keep it
We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to respond to you, run our business, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.
How we protect it
Form submissions are stored in a database with row-level security, reachable only by our server using a private service key, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time using the link in any message. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK GDPR, including the right to access or delete your information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
